What is the difference between beard oil and butter pomade?
Beard oil is a leave-in conditioning oil. It absorbs into the beard and the skin under it, softens coarse hair and adds shine without a greasy feel. Butter pomade is thicker. It conditions in the same way but also gives light hold, so it tames flyaways and helps shape a longer beard. Many people use both: oil first on a damp beard, then a small amount of butter pomade to shape it.
Which Wolf's Mane beard oil should I choose if I am sensitive to fragrance?
Choose the Unscented beard oil. It uses the same base of jojoba, apricot kernel, hemp seed, olive and grape seed oils with vitamin E, but no fragrance oil is added. As with any new product, patch test on a small area before the first full use.
How often should I use beard oil?
Once a day is enough for most beards. Apply after a shower while the beard is still slightly damp. Use three to five drops for a short beard and six to ten for a long one. Work it into the skin under the beard first, then comb it through to the ends.
What scents does Wolf's Mane offer?
Three scented options and one unscented. Cuban Leaf is amber, spices, cherry and clove. Freedom is mint, lavender, vanilla and bergamot. Onyx is crushed mint, warm brown sugar and lemon zest. Unscented has no added fragrance and is available in beard oil.

What is in Wolf's Mane beard oil?
Jojoba oil, apricot kernel oil, hemp seed oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, vitamin E, eucalyptus oil and fragrance oil. The unscented version leaves out the fragrance oil. The products are handcrafted in the U.S.A., cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.
How long does Wolf's Mane beard oil last after opening?
Twelve months after opening. Store it in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. For external use only, and keep it out of reach of children.
